KUA | Welcome to KUA

Welcome to Kissimmee, we’re glad you’re here!

Dear New customer,

We know it’s a busy time for you as you settle into your new home, but fortunately we’re here to help make the transition as easy and seamless as possible. As Florida’s sixth largest community-owned utility powering thousands of customers in Osceola County, we simply want to let you know that you’re in good hands.

Since 1901, KUA has been providing reliable and efficient electric service to its customers, in fact, the utility was recently recognized nationally as a reliable public power provider at the highest level.  Needless to say, we’ve got you covered!

We’ve streamlined the process of turning on your electric service through our easy-to-use online portal, my.kua.com. The portal gives you the ability to complete some of the most common functions associated with your account, from viewing and paying bills and reviewing past consumption to setting up high usage alert notifications to help you stay within budget. You can also use the portal to report outages, view an outage map, and start, stop and transfer electric service. The portal is accessible from all desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile devices.

In this welcome guide, you’ll learn some basic information about our electric rates, fees and procedures, in addition to some of the other services that we offer to our customers, such as our virtual Home Energy Audit, our Rebate Program and our Community Solar program.

Here at KUA, our mission is to create a meaningful impact on the communities that we serve, by investing funds back into the same neighborhoods where you live, work and play.  Our goal is to be more than just your utility provider, think of us as your community partner!

Never hesitate to reach out if you need us, our customer service representatives are ready and waiting to assist.

We wish you well on your recent move. Welcome home!

Sincerely,

Brian Horton
