KUA partners with the City of Kissimmee, Sanitation Division and the Toho Water Authority to do their billing. The partnership provides the benefit of our customers who receive electric service by receiving a single bill for electric, water, refuse and wastewater services. Water Service Notes

Sewer charges are based on water usage shown by the water meter reading. For buildings or facilities with multiple living units, the minimum bill will be computed by using the minimum bill per month stated to the left times the number of units. Motels and overnight trailer parks are excluded.

Irrigation meters will be billed only on water usage at the applicable rates with no minimum monthly charge.

Residential rates are available to Residential customers in private residences or individually metered apartments. Commercial rates are applicable to all Commercial customers including multiple living units using a master meter and units rented less than 6 months per year.

Reclaimed water for use in lawn sprinkling, car washing, and other non-potable needs. This service is not yet available in all areas and, if available, is required at the minimum standby rate. (Do not use reclaimed water to fill your swimming pool.)

A grease trap fee of $10.00 per month will be charged to all commercial accounts where food is prepared.

Refuse Notes

Whether you have City pickup or an independent franchise, all units inside the City limits are required to have refuse collection service. The City provides all containers for non-franchise pickup. Basic Residential service allows household garbage to be picked up two times a week and yard waste to be picked up once a week. Basic Commercial service provides for garbage to be picked up twice a week.
