• Pay Your Bill at Amscot - Utility payments can be made using cash or money orders. The normal $1.00 transaction fee charged by Amscot will be paid by the utility, so there is no charge to the customer for this convenience. Amscot Financial has nine locations in Osceola County and 32 locations in Orange County. All Amscot locations are open seven days a week, including weekends and holidays. Pay Your Bill at 7-Eleven Stores with Vcom

• Pay Your Bill at 7-Eleven - Did you know that you can now pay your monthly KUA bill at most area 7-Eleven stores? That's right! You can pay your utility bill using cash, checking account or ATM debit card at stores equipped with a Vcom machine. Touch screen and directional instructions are available in English and Spanish. Receipts are issued for each payment, and KUA is electronically notified of the payment.

• KUA's Carroll St. facility is open for walk-in payments from 7:00 AM till 6:00 PM weekdays excluding holidays.
• Payment Deposit Box - Customers can also use the payment deposit box 24-hours a day located at 1701 W. Carroll St. in Kissimmee.
